21 Mei (Domsday, End of The World, Judgement, Rapture)

Camping says the flood that decimated the population of the world sans Noah and whoever got on board on his vessel, Camping had done some strange calculations to arrive at the date May 21.
And He says the '7-day warning notice' has been in place and he has actually decoded it precisely. Camping says though, that instead of a 7-day warning, it's really been a 7,000-year-warning.

Camping launched a massive ad campaign to bring his message to the masses. Those who have heard Camping's prediction fall into two camps: either they believe the preacher, or they think he's nuttier than a roomful of Charlie Sheens.Apparently, tomorrow is Judgement Day, when a small, select band of true believers get whirled up into the sky and the rest of us are flung into the torments of the inferno with devils, pitchforks, boiling tar, eternal damnation, and bad haircuts.

Maybe it will happen at half-time, in which case we’ll have an opportunity to sink a few beers, but, knowing the evil Old Testament God, I reckon the vindictive bastard might decide to trigger it five minutes into the game.

Anyway, if Camping is right, there is one clear benefit for this area. It will save us the agonizing embarrassment of having to watch our new hockey arena disappear into an Allentown sinkhole.

His interpretation of the Bible and his calculations had whipped media and bystanders alike, into a frenzy. Twitter and IBT's own message boards were alit with chatter surrounding the event and in the days leading up to May 21 -- the so called end of the world -- streets were lined with Camping supporters.
